Panhandle Oilmen’s Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in 2015 by Jeff Moore, Kim Britten, and Rick Johnson.
The organization is designed to benefit the Texas Panhandle by raising money for the needs of people in our area. All of the funds raised at our events STAY in the Texas Panhandle. We could not do this without all of our wonderful event volunteers, donors, sponsors, and team!
